The 'DOPE' NYC Screening Brings Out All The Cool Kids

Based on the viewer turnouts at DOPE screenings popping up around the country, it looks as if the film is living up to its title. Last night (June 4), one New York screening in particular at AMC Loews 19 brought out all the cool kids. Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club personality Angela Yee and singer Mack Wilds hosted the affair, and guests like Bridget Kelly, Rotimi, Mona Scott-Young, DJ Scratch, Po Johnson and more sat in the audience.

Expect to see Shameik Moore, Kimberly Elise, Chanel Iman, Quincy Brown, Zoe Kravitz, A$AP Rocky and more grace the screen in the actual film. DOPE—produced by Forrest Whitaker, executive produced by Pharrell Williams and co-executive produced by Sean "Diddy" Combs—is set to hit theaters June 19.
