Nailah is an innovator with experiences in media, sales, photography, screen writing, and business development. Nailah specializes in business development while capitalizing on new revenue potential. She is the daughter of EastWest Atlantic recording sensation Simone who’s best known for her 90’s hits My Family Depends On Me and Hey Fellas. She worked as assistant studio manager and assistant audio engineer for Soundcheck Productions Studios in Las Vegas, Nevada. While there, she produced and musically arranged commercial demos and music for individual artists and bands.
She also supplied audio production for radio, compact disc albums and compilations. Nailah most recently served as an Account Executive for Dish Network from 2011-2013 where she achieved and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, developed a detailed understanding of campaign performance at the tactic and segment level, leveraged consumer insights to evolve the creative execution and targeting strategies as required and cultivated strong working relationships with brand marketing to ensure direct marketing efforts are aligned with and help to build the brand.

Whitney "LeidyElle" Bryant is a professional with over eight years of experience in the entertainment industry. Possessing a savvy je ne sais quoi in the areas of fashion modeling, public relations, media and real estate, Whitney began by choosing to offset her career as a European resident. She has graced the pages in several industry publications including The New York Times, The Source magazine, Hype Hair magazine, Vocab magazine, NL magazine, Height magazine, and host to several more. Whitney has aided in landing client placements in The Wall Street Journal, MTV.com, Black Men’s magazine, SiriusXM Radio, VH1, ABC, EURweb, TLC, WEtv, Pynk Magazine, Vibe Vixen, and Globalgrind.com.
Whitney "LeidyElle" Bryant has always had her hand on the pulse and takes pride on being multi-faceted. Coming from a family of musicians and entertainers, early on Whitney was exposed to vast levels of art and culture. Father, LeCoy Bryant, former member of late 70s Funk band Mass Production, and Mother, June Smith, former journalist for Black Enterprise magazine, left Whitney ‘LeidyElle’ Bryant with high expectations and driven focus. Familiarizing herself with runway and print modeling, fashion
merchandising, celebrity styling, creative directing and artistic design, both in front and behind the lens, Whitney has been able to endorse her versatility and capitalize on the market in a clever way.
In pursuit of building her career with accolades from F.I.T (Fashion Institute of Technology), Bennett College for Women, and NY Real Estate Education Center, Whitney's experience has afforded her the opportunities to work with corporations such as Wachovia Wells Fargo, Sprint, Middle Eastern Atlantic Conference-MEAC, McDonalds and Toyota. Whitney’s celebrity portfolio has included award winning icons En Vogue, Idris Elba, Loni Love, Tristen “Mack’ Wilds, MC Lyte, Wendy Williams, Coco & Breezy, Lamman Rucker, Emily B, Glenn Lewis, DJ Spinderella and the late Wayman Tisdale, just to name a few.

Ernest Freeman is a professional with an extended level of knowledge in the field of finance and investment. At an early age, Ernest knew that his focus flourished when numbers were involved, and it was that same flair that landed him at Kean University, majoring in finance; minor in international business relations. Ernest has been a strong communicator and possessed a passion for giving back.
Admired as a leader amongst his peers, Ernest took the charge of choosing to color his down time with community efforts. Ernest led the volunteer committee at the St. Mark Church Food Pantry, where he and his team organized a food and clothing distribution drive to those in need.
