Top 10 DJs To Keep In Your Summer 2013 Rotation
We are on the heels of summer, giving a fatty “peace out” sign to the long cold days. Summer is the harbinger of rising temperatures, less clothing and new music releases. Have you ever thought your life should have a soundtrack? Whether you’re about to “free the universe” by listening to Major Lazer while getting dolled up in something barely-there or dancing to electro house beats while mopping the floor – the truth of the matter is this: your life creates a soundtrack. VIBE has put together a list of DJs that will have you swaying, bobbing, and twerking through summer 2013. -->

10. Major Lazer
We want to say that Free The Universe is overrated, but it isn’t. The key tracks of the summer from this dancehall inspired album are the heavily reggae infused “Mashup the Dance” and the trap tainted “Bubble Butt.”

9. Justice
Last week, the French electro house DJs released 'Access All Arenas'. The record is 80 minutes of live bliss recorded at France’s Nimes Arena last year. Especially noteworthy is AAA’s “D.A.N.C.E.” - the layering of Jay-Z and Swizz Beatz’ “On To The Next One” was a nice touch.

5. Destroid
Dubstep isn’t dead. No, it’s quite the contrary. DJ-producer Excision, bassist Downlink, and drummer KJ Sawka (former member of Pendulum) make up the group, Destroid. The trio put life into the wobbles and sub bass of dubstep by adding edgy rock. Their debut album, The Invasion drops today (May 7). Even Bassnectar lends some of his creativity on the record.

1. Tiësto
The Dutchman always shuts down the dance music scene. Although “Chasing Summers” isn’t anything new (neither is Tiësto’s list of recent releases), it is the rightest way to introduce one of the most favored seasons of the year.
