Week In Tweets: Sept. 29 - Oct.4, 2013

This week, Obamacare became available to everyone and unfortunately, due to congressional disputes over affordable healthcare the government shut down. A host of celebs, including Pharrell, joined the initiative to get folks covered. In other news, Rihanna took pole dancing lessons and, well, she's a quick learner and probably aced her tests, judging from the new "Pour it Up" video.
