The accusation comes after Scott's announcement of Project HEAL in honor of Astroworld Festival victims.
Scott's reps even offered to forgo his performance fee to allow the rapper to remain on the festival lineup, but Coachella organizers declined the request.
"Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival was supposed to be the concert of a lifetime. But it turned into a tragic nightmare," reads a description for the news special.
"His journey ahead will be painful," wrote the family's lawyer Bob Hilliard. "He must face and hopefully see that he bears some of the responsibility for this tragedy."
The rap legend slams Live Nation and its partners for their lack of accountability.
